Perfect Weather Today

The rocky Oregon Coast reminds me a lot of the Nepali Coast in Kuai.

However, a lot colder.

Boiler Bay - Oregon

A little out of order.

This road sure is SLOWWWW and many people warned me of that. But it's definitely worth it.

I can see why Oregon was my Aunt Cheryl's favorite section of the highway.

From Sea to Bumble Bee

I mean Rocky Creek - Oregon.

I'm trying to see as much as possible in daylight... So no time for
stops for food.

Otter Rock - Oregon

This is high up and I'm inside a store so you see the reflection off
the glass.

Pacific Coast HWY - Oregon

Too bad the sun is facing the wrong way.

He's Lookin At You Kid

Off the road in the Hoh Rainforest I spotted this bull elk. Earlier I
had an encounter with others: the male slowly crossed the road in
front of me. Biggest antlers I've ever seen and so I thought it was a
moose! Then, behind him, just as he got to the other side 8 or 9
females scurried quickly across the way. That validated the elk, not
moose, sighting.

The Rocks At Ruby

Tsunami warnings here. I did not encounter one.

Alas!

I have reached the Great Pacific Ocean. Ruby Beach, Olympic NP.

Hello, 101 south.
